Orders shipped outside of Japan or the domestic warehouse location may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I care for my BABYMETAL graphic tees and hoodies?
To preserve the quality of the prints, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the graphic prints.
Can I return or exchange items from my order?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-run tour merchandise may be final sale.
